Unfortunately the food was very bad on the day we were there ... the conditions were very nice, that unfortunately made the bad food good.

Very good restaurant, Greek yummy food and all the bartenders are very polite and good! I will come again

Very friendly and accommodating team. Even in these difficult times, it is always a pleasure to dine at Veritas. The food was plentiful again today and above all very tasty. I am looking forward to the next visit.

We both ordered schnitzel; I had the one with cream sauce and local herbs with pan fried potatoes. So delicious. Waiter was friendly!

Small bar / restaurant with very good food and friendly staff. Highly recommended. We had schnitzel with fried potatoes and a moussaka, and the moussaka in particular surprised us very positively. The waiting times were also absolutely fine.

Very very tasty food and very nice staff. Fast operation, short waiting time. Toilets unfortunately not very clean and strong smell. Little space.

Very nice location on the Swiss road. Super friendly and attentive service, food delicious. Had a Greek burger XL, mega yummy. Absolute recommendation

You sit right on the main street (Schweizer Str.), If you know it is in the back even a small garden / terrace, we were unfortunately not offered to sit there. Much better and quieter. The food was OK, but very small portions. It is particularly annoying when the same dish is ordered at the next table and there is the Schnitzel Viennese style with cranberries and served with 2 Schnitzel instead of us with only one and no cranberries. The vegetables on the tarte cake were very manageable. We probably will not be back so soon.

Great staff, highly recommended.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because it’s fairly priced, the food was great, but most importantly it was the first place where we could grab a drink without hearing yelling children, drunk people screaming, or traffic from the road. The backyard garden was so relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed every second spent here.

Delicious food but ... We had to wait an eternity for our food. However nice waiters. Price performance is ok. What I do not like is that the toilets are right next to the kitchen (both in the basement). The ladies room was unfortunately not very clean. Toilets are really getting old. Otherwise it was very comfortable. From the food really recommendable, however, you should bring a lot of time.

Small restaurant with local and German cuisine. Good food at reasonable prices.

Nice enough but not as good as some of the reviews suggest. Limited choice of flammkuchen toppings. Limited wine selection but fine if you aren’t fussy.

I ordered through Foodora and paid, and 40 minutes after they called saying that can’t deliver. Being 23 PM I was not able to order anywhere else.

Fantastic local food in a cozy garden

This is a super great little restaurant with a garden. Now highly recommended in summer! Furthermore, the food is very varied and very good! But the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Special requests are always fulfilled! I can only recommend it and thank you!

Really nice food. Very fresh ingredients cooked with excellence. It's not an elegant restaurant. It's a place to go with friends and enjoy good food.

Delicious comfort food with a nice atmosphere. An eclectic mix of locals and tourists celebrating the new year. Everyone speaks English and is very helpful, and we appreciated that they were able to squeeze my partner and I in on a very crowded night.

Sounds Italian, but also has pretty good Schnitzel and that's why we were there. At the food and the service there was nothing to complain about. Fresh, delicious, friendly and fast. These are the buzz words that came to mind spontaneously. The atmosphere could be more beautiful, but if you are looking for delicious Schnitzel (I found the variant with the green sauce of the hammer), the Veritas is well served. The wine list is also quite well sorted, but we stayed at the beer that evening.
